I am a qualified native speaking English and Drama/Dance teacher from the UK who lives in Budapest. I am currently the director of ‘DramaWorks Theatre Company’ and ‘The Works English Language School’.  I teach and organise classes in Drama, Music Theatre, Film and English for children as young as 3yrs old to 18yrs and adult courses as well. I also teach and organise classes in many schools and kindergartens in Budapest.

I trained as an actress and dancer with the YEM Theatre School, and gained my teaching diploma with the London College of Music at Thames Valley University and the Professional Teachers of Dance. I also hold a CELTA certificate for teaching English. 

In 2001 I started the 'Little Dragon Theatre Company' where I worked as a director, dance/drama teacher and entertainer, directing theatre shows and children's theatrical parties. 

In 2020 I am lucky enough to celebrate 20 years of teaching and performing. I fell in love with performing arts in my early teens, I found it magical to be in shows, to dance and explore a world of stories and characters through acting. I always enjoyed the buzz of live theatre and the journey of creating a show. But I think it was after my teaching first class that I realised what that magic meant to me and what it would bring to my students. I believe the imagination is a wonderful tool for teaching and the essence of acting.
